Dong Xin Hao technology Co.,LTD has collected the domestic and foreign experience of buliding molds and started to receiving foreign orders since it established. The molds are mostly exproted to Germany, the Unit States, Intaly and Japan. Dong Xin Hao precision mould plastic Co., LTD.it is made up of more than 30 rich technical engineers, who can excellently deal with the drawing of 2D and 3D the customer supply. Regarding to the molds designing, we use the most advanced drawing software in the world, and we will do our best to offer the reasonable die layout and the perfect design of the precise housings. The accurate equipments we have are listed as follows: 8 Fanake machies from Japan, 10 EDMs,3 wire-electrode cutting machines, one lathe, one millinq machine and 7 grinding machines and so on. The modern production line and management system are carride on thought the whole factory, which ensures the fluentence of the operation.
Factory Two: Dong Xin Hao technology Co.,LTD, it has a professional quality control workteam with the most advanced inspection equipments, namely: $2.5 times,projector ,altimeter, RCA abrasion tester, hardness tester,the tester of salinity, the temperature tester and humidity tester and other inspection instruments.
